A personal training session begins with an assessment. I find that many people can use core strengthening due to the large percentage of their day they spend either sitting, working, driving or being sedentary. In addition to helping people understand how to reverse the damage of our modern hectic lives, I work with my clients to set and achieve goals. I believe in building a strong, balanced foundation through the use of core stability, core strengthening, functional movements, isometrics, body-weight exercises, and kettle bell use. I look at movement patterns and any signs of muscle imbalance in order to improve the clients' ease of movement and strength. I often incorporate the use of progressions in training programs so that clients can see clear improvements in their conditioning.
